I asked Dominique to cook my guinea hen in her stove, I only have a micro wave stove to grill, but couldn't find out how long it has to cook ! It's only 1,5kg, because we are only 3 to eat it, Marieken only eats fish !Gattinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06636525277807715146noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-617652323643666421.post-5926674575747884952013-12-24T19:53:16.452+02:002013-12-24T19:53:16.452+02:00Sure sounds like a great meal with all kinds of go...Sure sounds like a great meal with all kinds of good company.Gaelynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05784162697113288888noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-617652323643666421.post-80041160836492351772013-12-24T08:35:06.636+02:002013-12-24T08:35:06.636+02:00Merry, merry Christmas to you and Grant!Merry, merry Christmas to you and Grant!BECKYhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15184458949017900541noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-617652323643666421.post-66522190292687255412013-12-24T07:28:01.957+02:002013-12-24T07:28:01.957+02:00Well it sounds like you are going to have a wonder...Well it sounds like you are going to have a wonderful Christmas meal. I love to have turkey at Christmas along with stuffing and I make mine with pork sausages, herbs and bread crumbs just like you do!

I do not know what a gammon is. I will have to look that up. We won't be having trifle as I didn't grow up with that on the menu but will likely have a pumpkin pie. I don't usually have that at Christmas either. We usually have that at Thanksgiving. But it will be nice to have it on the menu.

Your garden and feathered friends look so nice. Everything is so lush and green.

Have a perfect day and a very Merry Christmas to you and Grant and the Hedge's pet menagerie.Joyfulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09956413632864588646noreply@blogger.com
