The Dark of the Sun
I took the first three photos above and the two below on the golf course at 4pm on Wednesday. When I downloaded the images onto my computer, I couldn't believe that they were all taken within five seconds. They also appear on this post in the exact sequence that I took them.
They're all beautiful pictures. The change in light in a short time is truly amazing!
ReplyDeleteThe first three photographs are so mysterious and romantic! Your muse must have been standing by!
ReplyDeleteI like the way the first three images came out. Very strange.
ReplyDeleteThese are really fantastic Jo, you gave me some great ideas.

Absolutely beautiful...I initially thought it was the moon behind the trees! Gorgeous captures!
ReplyDeleteThose do not look like afternoon shots, cool captures!
ReplyDeleteGreat the way the tree frames the sun. The dark sky is unusual at that time.
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic! I love how you did this.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos, Jo. The tree forms a striking set for the sun-jewel.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots..really like the Sun throught the tree.

Great photo, I love the light shining thru the tree. Very pretty capture.
ReplyDeleteYes Janie, I couldn't believe these photos were all basicall the same yet so different.
ReplyDeleteBrenda;) right now I'm busy polishing a non-fiction piece which I'm entering into an American Writer's competition. That muse is coming in handy!

Hello Guy;) thanks, your comment always encourages me !
Hi Carolyn;) I looked again, and yes it looks like the moon. Thanks for popping in
Hi Loran;) if I had left the photos on my camera for a few days (which I don't when I'm at home!) I'd have wondered about those photos too.
Hi Mary;) welcome to my blog and thanks for your kind words
