Wonderful shot, Jo! I love to think that no matter where you are on the planet... it is always the same Sun and moon that shines in Jackson, Mississippi.... makes me feel connected to all my world friends.
Hi Janie, thanks, it is really beautiful. I took a series of photos of this sunrise AFTER I had jogged and come down into the flat. I actually saw the sunrise from my first floor balcony and dashed back upstairs (to the second floor ie the roof) with my camera. My sunrise in Wednesday's post features the sunrise from the baclony.
Thanks Regina, bless you and have a wonderful weekend.
Hi Betsy;) brrr, I trust you are safely back from your trip to George's parents. Perhaps you'll get your snow... (((Hugs))) Jo
Aw, that is marvelous! What a treat for getting up so early to jog!! :-D Today, I woke up to a completely pink sky. Too late to skywatch, but so beautiful to enjoy!
The sunrise is spectacular! Did you take the photo on your rooftop jog?
ReplyDeleteLove the sun when it slowly rises.

Fantastic sunrise. We are having frigid weather in Illinois.

Beautiful - and I'll look at the Wednesday shot, too. I like the feathery fronds of palm against the lightening sky.
