Shadow in the Valley

Strange heading, I know, but I couldn't resist it! Shadow has arrived in the valley with us and getting to know his new home and garden. He still walks on a leash; I hope he will soon be familiar with the surroundings and know where home (the front door entrance) is and be able to wander around like a normal cat.

Meanwhile he and Ginger have made friends and share their bed with us. *sigh*

Grant assumes one position in bed between the two cats!

I never thought the day would arrive when our darling cat would be sitting on my desk...

  1. Good to see Shadow in the valley. He really looks like he's settling in. It's nice that he and Ginger have made friends too as sometimes cats just don't get along when one has been around much longer than the other.

Wonderful to see the picture of the two of them together (I can't really see Grant but I'll take your word for him being between the cats).

  7. They look so well fed and cared for compared with when you first adopted them. You are so good with animals. Sharing your bed too. Sorry I mean their bed.

  11. So glad you have Shadow home with you, Jo! And wonderful that he and Ginger have accepted each other so well. Our pets are such an important part of our families, though I sometimes wish my cat and dog did not always have to squeeze into bed with us, especially on warm nights...LOL!

Hope you're having a wonderful weekend...
