Just one of the many beautiful scenes on our bike trip in South Africa this month. If the horizon looks skew to you, it is. I took the photo from the back of the motorbike while riding the magnificent Van Ryn's Pass

If I were ever on the back of a motorcycle (which I've never been and don't intend to be) I certainly wouldn't be casually photographing the scenery. I'd be hanging on for dear life, with my eyes closed, and probably screaming at the top of my lungs, and not screams of glee, either.
ReplyDeleteIf, perchance, I'm stranded and the only rescuer in sight is a woman on a motorcycle, I'd still be hanging on with my eyes closed.
My brother says I'm a coward, and I agree with him quite cheerfully.

Beautiful photo. Like Kay, I wouldn't be photographing the scenery because I am too scared riding a motorcycle. This photo reminds me how hard I screamed to death when my husband asked me to ride the big bike back home during our recent vacation.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, thank you for visiting me Jo. I hope you and your better half are both doing fine. Please extend my regards to him. God bless.
Jo, I do not know how you do it. Taking photos from the moving bike is amazing. I would be hanging on for dear life. To top it off you got a beautiful scenic shot.
ReplyDeleteIt's so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWhoa, looking at that ascent give me butterflies! Happy ScenSun!
