Isn't this a gran's precious keep-sake?
I may be offline again for the next two days, as we're off to the city for Grant to have cataracts removed from both eyes tomorrow. Although this is the first time we've heard of the laser procedure for this problem (I had laser treatment on my eyes exactly 13 years ago this month! ) we now hear how many people have had this done, and successfully so.
I trust you're all having a wonderful weekend.
So glad you made it back safe and sound Jo! I'm sure you are now full of stories to tell us about. It's a good thing you are home in SA where Grant can get his cataracts removed with the latest of technology! Your granddaughter's handwriting is so neat and precious. Isn't technology great? You were able to get a photo of it!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new grandchild! Great timing for your visit home. I wish all the best to Grant on his eye surgery. My hubby has a lot of laser surgeries on his eyes, mainly for glucoma. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteThat is so cute to see a comment written by your grand daughter. Hope all goes well for Grant. I have that operation to look forward to in the future some time.
ReplyDeleteHi Jo, you are travelling as usual, I hope Grant's laser procedure is 100% successful and you can both continue exploring !
ReplyDeleteHi Jo! Isn't it nice to see the handiwork of our grand-children? I love seeing Eryn's comment in your friend's guestbook. Glad to read that Grant is having his vision corrected. I'm told "laser" is the way to go. My wife had the procedure done back in the days when they were cutting the cataracts with a "razor" of some kind - and it was like a miracle for her vision. That was about 1992. I've been out a lot and hadn't read or entered anything much for the last few weeks. Glad to be back and thank you for your prayers in my behalf. I'm doing "great".
ReplyDeleteNice to hear from you ! Now worries about the lazer treatment, half of my painting class mates have it done and they all said it's nothing (only the fear before !)
