As this post is aired this morning, Grant and I will be off to Mwanza; Grant for another tooth extraction, me for a filling. When I saw how professional the dentist was, and how the prices charged here are almost half of what we pay for the same treatment in South Africa, I immediately booked an appointment for myself!
