Hello Jo, I am happy that you were well enough to go out looking for birds. And what a great variety you saw, wonderful sightings and photos. I hope everything is back to normal now and you are completely recovered..Enjoy the rest of your week!
ReplyDeleteLovely reflection in the first picture.
ReplyDeleteGlad you got out of the house. And birding no less. Surprised myself by knowing half of these. Love those Kingfishers.
ReplyDeleteGreat set of birds - we are down at the coast for a few days - lots of wildlife - 'roos, wombats, echidnas and some good birds - but more than that, beautiful weather and relaxed times!
ReplyDeleteCheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
Neat photo of the Little Grebe and its reflection. Sorry you didn't feel well but how nice of Grant to take you out for fresh air!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear that you have been ill. Hope you are recovering quickly. Once again the kingfisher is my favourite.
ReplyDeleteWe had a camping holiday over Easter at the Crags near Natures Valley. Our campsite was right next to a pond and I loved sitting there watching the birds come and go. Spotted a giant kingfisher on our first day. Nice sighting.
