Ruppel's Starling perched on the fence around my garden this week

I'm linking to TexWisGirl's Good Fences today.

I hope you're all having a great week.

  1. Handsome fellow and one of the only critters I know that can sit on a barbed wire fence!! Fun shots for the day, Jo!

  2. Wonder if the birds ever hurt themselves on those barbed wire fences???? Bet they do!!! We have starlings around here part of the year. They are piggy when at the bird feeders...

  9. I was sooo glad to see the end of the starlings this year...they seem to go away after the babies can fly....they were eating some horrible corn gluten fertilizer and oh wow...the ugly gelatinous globs of yukky poop..! great gloppy stuff in my poor little birdie bath....good riddance to them and their nasty antics.......
