On 22 May Rina and Grant completed the edge

I have to confess that I was very involved with administrative tasks and of course, blogging, that I never got into this puzzle. However, on the last day (12 days after Rina started it) I helped with the final pieces.
Rina packed the incredibly difficult sky, the tree and the cattle part. I started to help from here...
I was helpful from the start: I color coded all the pieces and lay them out on separate trays. Grant built us Masonite trays and painted them white - what a help!
Ta-daaah!
Grant made the frames; we slid from the building board onto a thin piece of Masonite, placed it onto another sheet of Masonite on top of this and turned it over. Once we'd lifted the first piece of Masonite, Rina painted glue onto the back of the puzzle, and we placed the backing carefully over this. Grant placed weights on it overnight.
The next day, he framed the puzzle, added copper wire to the back...
...and we hung it on a blank wall above the dishwasher in my kitchen
Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead!
very cute. :)
