Good fences, [guarding] true wealth

Last week my DIL Amanda sent me photos on WhatsApp at 6.30 on Tuesday morning. They were of Abby finding chairs/steps to stand against the boundary wall between our properties and say hello to granny.
Look at this precious little girl
Just look at this mathematical genius at work!

Big brother, Joel got in on the act before her!
Standing on a stool from Grant's workshop, I leaned over the wall
and photographed the brave little girl pulling herself up on the ivy covering the wall
Skabenga loves the kids and came to see what was up

Angus came to see where the children were and we had an early morning family gathering over the garden wall!

Joel perching on the wall after his dad and sister had got down

I'm linking my post to Good Fences Thursday here

As this post is aired this morning, Grant and I will be on our way to the city. We're hoping that he is tested by the neurosurgeon, seen by the orthopedic surgeon and finally admitted to hospital.

ALL IN ONE DAY PLEASE!

Well, here's hoping...

  4. My daughter spends a huge amount of time on the fence, talking to the kids next door - maybe its a girl thing that surpasses my understanding!

  5. A good series for fences. They are cute tough little kids. I hope Grant isn't very ill and that all can be sorted.
