Waning Crescent
When Skabenga and I went out for our walk on Tuesday morning, the moon was hanging in the sky over the copse of trees. It reminded me of a Christmas card.
Waning crescent; visibility 6%; age 27 days. 17 October 2017 @ 4.49am
That's exactly the image I had in mind when I took these photos Sandra. I needed your PicMonkey function to impose a Santa and his reindeer sailing across the sky!
The doggie and I sure do walk in the dark, Eileen. Still trying to map out a longer walk in the morning but not sure yet where the path further along the road leads.
You do take spectacular sky photos.
ReplyDeleteHello Jo, beautiful captures of the moon. You take early morning walks, it is still dark. Happy Friday, enjoy your day and weekend.
ReplyDeleteI'm a serious moon watcher
ReplyDeleteYou shoudld borrow my husband's wolf suit, Mac, because I know you like to howl at the moon!
DeleteBeautifully captured!
ReplyDeletewe sure could pop a santa in a sleigh flying up over that moon..
