My world

I've had a wonderful first two weeks of business in May, Praise God! But earlier this week the veranda was quiet and Colette (whom I've posted about) who has a hammock hanging outside her African artifacts, hides and gift shop, showed me how to hang upside down on it.

I often swing (sitting and holding on firmly) on this hammock but this position was a first for me!

  2. Looks dangerous to me and all you need is to pull your back or do harm and you would be in big trouble. doesn't matter that you CAN do it, the question is should you do it. i vote no...to easy in our senior years to pull something.

  3. Ha, ha, I'd love to swing upside down and get the kinks out of my back. I hope it did the same for you Jo! Reading your post from Our World this week. Hugs from afar. xx

  6. Oh, Jo, I had the loveliest comment here about how brave you are and how good you look upside down, and then it went 'poof' and disappeared. Sigh. Thanks for sharing, my dear friend.

  7. And yet it looks like you've been hanging around regularly Jo 😀😀 I have heard the hanging upside down can be very beneficial, I just can't remember why 😀
