Only after reading fellow blogger Gaelyn's comment on my Skywatch Friday post below, did I realise my mistake. The heading for the post is totally wrong! Put it down to dodderism (my own newly-invented-word!) or hastiness because I had a houseful of visitors and wanted finish my posts.
The photos in my post definitely depict a SETTING moon not a rising one.
