Good morning dear Blogger friends. Well, this has been a very long absence. And what can I say, except I have been busy...
Working
and
walking,
More about these two activities later!
Nevertheless. I intend to keep up my posts and blog visits. (I did the latter yesterday, before uploading this post!)
We're in the throes of the hottest summer yet. With thunder showers every week or so. Which helps!
Last week I arrived home at 5pm after my Weigh-Less Group in town. Nurse had mowed my lawn.
I HAD to drop everything and try to capture the absolute peace calm and lushness of my secluded little garden.
I am so jealous, we should be there at the moment but had to cancel at the last minute as Nigel has done something to his back. We should know at the end of the month if he has to have an op or not. Meanwhile we are freezing in a French winter!! Despite the heat the showers appear to be keeping everything green. Keep well Diane
ReplyDeletea beautiful and well kept garden, ours is now mostly ugly brown dirt and weeds. this is the perfect spot to showcase Skabby and his glowing shiny furs... hugs to both of you. don't work to hard

Hi dear Jo. Welcome back to blogging. I'm hoping it has cooled down for you a bit. The garden is looking beautiful. It's the first time I've ever seen geraniums planted directly into the ground. Wishing you a very happy birthday. May the year be a great one for you. xx
ReplyDeleteIt is so nice to hear that you are happy at home in that beautiful serene garden with Gorgeous Skabby
