Yes, three weeks have hurtled past and many a day I wanted to say: stop the world, I want to get off.
Yet we had good times and achieved a LOT. Most of all we managed to settle MIL into her flat in the retirement center.
AND BEST BEST BEST of all: we have been able let the young Tanzanian cats, Tipsy and Topsy that I sent back to their yoomen in December last year, and are living in our home, outside. At the same time, our fat SA cat, Chappie, went out as well. Phew! That was a MAJOR achievement.
To my blogger friends out there, thanks for commenting even though I've been offline. Happy Birthday to dearest Betsy : what a wonderful age you are, sweet friend. At this rate I don't know if I will make 62 never mind 74! Also to Gattina and Penny who sent me e-mails: I will reply once I am back in Mwadui and resting!

Only a Hedges would ride a bike while still on the milk bottle
Rina and Grant entertain our precious family!
Blessings and hugs to all
