Yellow-billed kites, common intra-African migrants, are never more prolific than here in Khartoum. This one was perched on the pole just beyond our balcony. I held the camera just out of the door, while keeping myself "invisible" inside. I wonder whether he was eying our budgies who are outdoors during the day... For more on pets, click here
