Good fences, great birds

When we stopped to photograph the flamingos on the body of water at the sewage works, I also zoomed in on the fencing. It's one of the only kind - concrete slats slipped in diagonally -  I have seen in my travels and while photographing fences. In the past we were able to drive up to this purified body of water.

Now it's fenced in. 

I noticed a couple of  slats missing

 in the section featured in the first photo
