Almighty Lord God, You and only You can still the horrific waters and deluge sweeping across Queensland today. I beg you to command the wind to be still and the rain to stop, in Jesus' precious name. Thank You, Father God. Amen

ReplyDeleteThat's wonderful, Jo. We all need to be told to stop and do as we say we're doing, for the people of Queensland where my young brother and I so enjoyed visiting many years ago, and for everyone in the world who is suffering because of disasters of many kinds. Your prayer is perfect.

ReplyDeleteMy sister lives in Brisbane, but on a hillside - they have a holiday home on the Gold Coast - so far, this has not affected them, thank goodness.
My parents live at a retirement complex in Caloundra - 1.5 hours N of Brisbane - they too have not been adversely affected.
i hope everything will be back to normal. praying hard
