Man, Machine and North African Sky

Earlier this week I posted about my husband fixing, among other things, the air-conditioning unit in our flat. You can read about this here. Ever the helpful wife, I took a few photos while he did the job.

Downloading the photos, I was amazed to see how clear and blue the sky was.

  1. Isn't it surprising what our photos reveal that we don't remember seeing. Hope you still have power to run that AC.

  5. This sky is certainly much different than the previous post. It's so nice to have a husband who's good at fixing things. My hubby's great about that, too.

  6. What a lovely blue sky ! It helps to be married to a 'handyman' when you live in 3rd world Africa - my hubby too, can fix anything from broken hairdriers ... to children's toys .... to combine harvesters !

    Hope you've had a wonderful weekend ....

  7. Nods Gaelyn;) just shows how important photos are to increase our powers of observation the next time around! It's been amazing, there has been no power failure for more than ten days. A miracle by Khartoum standards.

    Absolutely Sunny;) The sky was a real clear blue that day.

    I agree diane;

    Momgen;) my hubby never procrastinates which is one of my weaknesses, (I'm working on improvement) When there's a job to be done, he does it and does it well. Thanks for popping in.

    Yes, Betsy, who would have proof or who would document these important occasions if we didn't take photos? (lol)

    Janie: yes, the previous sky photos of Khartoum were rather ominous, It's a real blessing to have a handy husband.
