A selection of critters and little people

Our two youngest grandchildren, Keren and Israel

They performed a dance for granny
Joshua, our oldest grandson, mucking out the stables

On Sunday, Debbie's parents, Barbara and Mike drove up from Durban to say goodbye to the children. I had roasted two farm chickens and had accompanying veg; Debbie made a delicious  Greek salad as well as a fruit salad.

After lunch, Barbara asked that we have group photos. We've known Barbara and Mike for almost 20 years; she said we needed an updated photo. Debbie took the photo on her mom's Canon. Then I asked her to take the same one on my Smartphone. You can seen the same photo on the camera screen in the photo below. (I can't imagine why we crowded behind the printer on my office table!)
John, Barbara and Mike; with Grant and me seated

On Wednesday morning, John, Debbie and family left for their flight from Johannesburg to Beira (Mozambique) John sent me this photo below while they were waiting to board the plane.

Mama Africa surrounded by her beautiful children: Eryn (half-face); Elijah; Israel Debbie with Keren on her lap; Joshua and Bethany

Yesterday Grant mixed the dip and sprayed the horses. Ticks, fleas and flies abound in this climate
Missy and Thunder looking shiny and cleansed!

I'm linking my post to Saturday Critters with Eileen here
