Wildlife along the road

On Thursday we took our vehicle to Welkom for its first service. Rina stayed on with her daughter; Grant and I came home, It's a long weekend, Sunday being National Women's Day in South Africa. Therefore Monday is a public holiday.

On the way home, Grant stopped at a small wildlife park so that I could take photos.
A giraffe standing near the fence along the main road on which we traveled

Another standing further back

The high roofed stable which accommodates the giraffe during cold spells
I only saw one zebra

And back home, an update on our cute pup, Skabenga. (playing with Great-aunt Eddie)

I'm linking to Saturday Critters with Eileen here
